We monitor every managed site around the clock. If your site goes down, we receive an immediate alert and begin resolution — you are notified, not left to discover it yourself. 99.9% uptime means less than 9 hours of downtime per year. Hosting is not included in management fees unless agreed separately — we can manage hosting on Cloudflare Pages, WP Engine, or Vercel, quoted per site.

Plugin & Core Updates
WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates applied monthly — tested in a staging environment before being pushed live. Outdated plugins are the most common cause of site vulnerabilities and broken functionality.
Security Monitoring
Malware scanning, firewall rules, and login attempt monitoring. Vulnerabilities flagged and patched before they can be exploited. For WordPress sites, this includes WAF configuration and brute-force protection.
Uptime Monitoring
Round-the-clock automated checks. We are notified the moment your site becomes unreachable — typically before any visitor notices. Response begins immediately with a resolution notification sent to you.
Performance Checks
Monthly Core Web Vitals review — LCP, INP, CLS — with a plain-English report. If performance has degraded, we identify the cause and apply fixes: image compression, caching rules, script defer, or CDN configuration.
Content Updates
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of content editing time. Text changes, image swaps, new staff entries, updated pricing or service copy — submitted via a shared task board, actioned within 2 business days.
Monthly Report
A concise monthly summary: uptime percentage, updates applied, security scan results, Core Web Vitals scores, and any actions taken. Plain English — not a 40-page PDF full of jargon.

Our care plans are built with WordPress's specific vulnerabilities in mind: plugin update sequencing, database optimisation, and PHP version management.
Webflow-hosted sites are more inherently stable than WordPress — no plugin ecosystem, no database vulnerabilities. But they still benefit from ongoing performance monitoring, content editing support, and the ability to publish CMS changes quickly without needing Webflow access yourself.

We review your current setup: platform version, plugin health, security status, Core Web Vitals, and existing backup configuration. Any critical issues are flagged immediately — before the plan officially begins.
Day 1–2Setup & Baseline
Monitoring tools configured, backups scheduled, staging environment set up (Business and Growth plans), and any urgent vulnerabilities patched. We establish your performance baseline before any ongoing work begins.
Day 2–5Monthly Update Cycle
Each month: backup taken, plugins and core updated on staging, tested, then deployed to live. Performance checks run. Content edit requests processed. Monthly report drafted and sent. Recurring, reliable, documented.
